The Cedar Grove-Belgium Area School District has announced changes to its school lunch menu for Tuesday, October 7 and Thursday, October 9.
On Tuesday, students will be served Sloppy Joes on a bun with cheddar cheese. The meal also includes Tator Tots and access to the fruit and veggie bar.
Thursday's menu will feature a "Brunch for Lunch" theme. Students can expect a cheesy omelet, Tri Tators, carrots, a strawberry cup, and Dutch waffles. High school students will also have fresh fruit available.
Superintendent Chad Brakke said, "Sloppy Joes on a Bun; Cheddar Cheese; Tackle Tator Tots; Fruit & Veggie Bar." He added about Thursday's meal: "Cheesy Omelet; Touchdown Tri Tators; Carrots; Strawberry Cup; Winning Dutch Waffles; HS Only: Fresh Fruit."
