The Manitowoc County Home Builders Association (MCHBA) has announced that its annual Parade of Homes will take place from September 11 to September 13, 2025. The event, presented by Braun Building Center, will feature seven new and remodeled homes constructed by five local builders.
The homes included in the parade are located at various sites in Two Rivers, Manitowoc, and Reedsville. Builders participating in this year’s event are Jim Reif Builders, Certified Builders, Mike Howe Builders, Bartow Builders, and Pekarske Builders.
Visitors attending the Parade of Homes can expect to see features such as custom cabinetry, barn beams, mudrooms, outdoor living spaces, wood flooring, floor-to-ceiling fireplaces, quartz countertops, and custom tiled showers. The selection includes modern farmhouses, ranches, and zero-barrier homes that highlight different architectural styles.
The event is designed for those interested in building or purchasing a home or considering remodeling projects. Attendees will have an opportunity to speak with local experts in the field.
Tickets grant entry to each of the seven homes once. Tickets cost $10 at the entrances during the event or $8 if purchased in advance at select area businesses including Bank First locations in Manitowoc, Mishicot and Two Rivers; UnitedOne Credit Union branches in Manitowoc; Braun Building Center; Carpets Plus of Manitowoc; Manitowoc Heating; Precision Floors & Décor (Manitowoc); Drexel Building Supply (Kiel); and at the MCHBA office.
Event hours are set for Thursday and Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. More information about builders involved and directions can be found on MCHBAbuilds.com.
