Cheese Capital Wine Walk draws crowd for local wines in downtown Plymouth

The Cheese Capital Wine Walk took place on August 15, 2025, in downtown Plymouth. The event attracted more than 150 participants who visited 14 locations offering Wisconsin wines. Two of the stops provided two types of wine each, making a total of 16 different samples available.

Stops included businesses such as Advanced Eyecare & Aesthetics, Allechant Boutique, Books and More, Cheese Counter and Dairy Heritage Center, Chiro-Health Chiropractic Care Center, Fantastic Sams at Project Angel Hugs, Hartman's Bakery/G Scoops, Maggie's Closet, Moxie, Over Easy Flipping, PJ Campbell's at the Depot, Plymouth Arts Center, Plymouth Historical Society, and Schwaller Meats.

Snacks were available at several stops. Live music was performed by Linda K. at the Plymouth Historical Society.

Event sponsors included Masters Gallery Foods as Event Sponsor and Next Step Insurance as Wine Glass Sponsor. Additional support came from Advanced Eyecare & Aesthetics, Arch Solar, Alternative Solutions Inc., Baird - The Schlichting Group, Christel's Pet Supplies & More, Haucke Plumbing & Heating, Meinhardt Orthodontics, Nesemann's Diamond Center, PJ Campbell's at the Depot, Quality Cleaning Service, Shell Plastics, St. Vincent de Paul of Plymouth and Vesta.

Courtney Booth of Booth Leadership volunteered for the event. Masters Gallery Foods donated cheese sticks; Haucke Plumbing & Heating donated water bottles; Vintage Elkhart Lake contributed wine expertise.
