Melissa Radandt, Workforce Programming Manager | The Chamber of Manitowoc County
The Forst Inn Arts Collective will stage the comedy "Blithe Spirit" by Noël Coward from August 9 to 24 at The Forst Inn in Tisch Mills. The production tells the story of novelist Charles Condomine, who unintentionally brings back the ghost of his first wife, Elvira, leading to unexpected events in his current marriage.
Director Hannah Otto leads a cast that includes Sam Schoepp as Charles, Jessica Iannitello as Elvira, Joey Simmons as Dr. Bradman, Kiana Jo Liesch as Edith, Shannon Paige as Madame Arcati, Jessica Oppeneer as Mrs. Bradman, and Olivia Weyenberg as Ruth.
The artistic team supporting the show features Karter Mueller as stage manager; Phillip Jindra and Jon Medendorp handling set design and construction; Asher Stokes managing properties; Melissa Wendorf on scenic painting; Claran LaViolette providing costumes; and Noah Verhasselt responsible for lighting.
The Forst Inn Arts Collective organizes ten mainstage theatrical productions annually along with smaller shows and music events at its historic venue. Informal musical performances are typically held before theatre events, and several ticketed music performances are scheduled throughout the year.
