Goodwill North Central Wisconsin (NCW) has been recognized with the 2025 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award. This accolade honors organizations with over 150 employees that prioritize a people-first culture. The award is based on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey conducted by Energage, which has managed the Top Workplaces program since 2006. Goodwill NCW achieved a 79% Overall Workplace Experience Score.
In addition to this national recognition, Goodwill NCW received two regional awards: the Northeast Wisconsin Top Workplaces 2025 Award, securing first place in the Large Business category, and the 2025 Top Leadership Award in Northeast Wisconsin for Chris Hess in the Large Business Category. They also earned the 2025 Top Workplaces Industry Award for nonprofits.
