Manitowoc, WI – Ascend Services has announced several promotions and new hires within the organization. Ashley Reigles was promoted to Youth Program Coordinator in November 2024. She has been with Ascend for three years, previously serving as a Client Specialist. In her new role, she continues to demonstrate knowledge and commitment to client care and mentorship.
LeAnne Loveless joined Ascend Services as a Client Case Manager in November 2024. Her responsibilities include assisting clients in identifying outcomes and establishing plans to achieve their goals. Loveless holds a bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
Logan Rooney was promoted to Employment Services Coordinator in May 2025. He started at Ascend in 2019 as an Employment Connector. Rooney will now oversee the Employment Services Program while continuing his client service work. He is actively involved with the Wisconsin Maritime Museum and serves on the Manitowoc Public School District Foundation board.
Kennedy Riemer was hired as a Client Case Manager in April this year. With a background in psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and a Masters of Thanatology from Edgewood College, Riemer will assist clients in setting and achieving their goals.
