The Cedar Grove-Belgium School District has announced its 2025 Hall of Fame inductees and is inviting the public to participate in two upcoming events recognizing these individuals.
A halftime ceremony will take place during the CGB Rockets’ home football game against Manitowoc Lutheran on Friday, September 12. The school district encourages fans to attend the game and support both the team and this year’s honorees.
A banquet and formal induction ceremony are scheduled for Saturday, September 13. The dinner, which requires a reservation, will begin at 5:30 PM. The induction ceremony follows at 7:00 PM in the Middle School Auditorium and is open to all community members at no cost.
The 2025 Hall of Fame class includes Dr. Jeffrey Garside (Class of 1985), Wendy Wonser (Class of 1987), Nate Pomeday (Class of 1995), Nate Hinze (Class of 2006), and the 2008 Varsity Football Team.
"Come celebrate their achievements and be part of this special tradition that honors excellence in athletics, academics, and community service," according to the district's announcement.
