Tim Hoel joins M3 Insurance with over ten years of leadership experience. His most recent position was at American Family. Hoel's expertise is expected to drive agency success and enhance the client experience. In his new role, his responsibilities will include team development, advancing personal lines strategy, and direct client engagement to provide top-tier service.
