Bank First, headquartered in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, has announced the promotion of four employees within its ranks. The promotions are aimed at enhancing the bank's service offerings and recognizing individual excellence. Emily Zucchi has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Marketing. Having joined the bank in 2019, her new role will involve strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing customer engagement through various channels. She is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at UW-Whitewater.
Steve Diehl is now a Business Banking Officer and will focus on building client relationships, providing financial solutions, and strategic guidance. Steve holds a finance degree from UW-Oshkosh and is involved in mentoring roles and community activities.
Josiah Gamroth has been promoted to Retail Banking Officer. He joined the bank in 2022 and is experienced in lending. He will work on strengthening the bank’s presence in the Watertown market. Josiah is active in local business initiatives.
Eli Hicks, now a Business Banking Officer, started with the bank in 2019. He will develop commercial relationships in the Northeast Region and mentor future bankers. Eli is involved in various community boards in Green Bay.
