Nominations are now open for the inaugural Volunteer Center's Impact Awards, an event organized by United Way Manitowoc County to honor the contributions of volunteers in the region. The awards ceremony is scheduled for May 29, 2025, at the Inn on Maritime Bay in Manitowoc, with breakfast provided by Our Legacy Restaurant.
The awards will recognize volunteers across five categories: Up & Coming Volunteer Award, Lifetime Achievement Volunteer Award, Volunteer of the Year Award, Volunteer Leadership Award, and Team Volunteer Award. Nominations are open until March 14, 2025. Eligible nominees must have volunteered in Manitowoc County during 2024. Self-nominations are accepted.
