In 2022, we will begin meeting virtually until the absence of COVID allows us to meet in person.
COVID may be in our rear view mirror, but many of you like the hybrid option.
In person, on October 6, we will meet at Fehr-Graham, 909 North 8th Street, Sheboygan
You do have a virtual option and the link will be sent to everyone who registers.

This peer-to-peer roundtable is specifically for Safety Managers or Supervisors, but it is open to all involved in safety and is open to members of Sheboygan County Chamber. John Rogers, a certified Peer-to-Peer facilitator, will lead the discussion.
The Peer-to-Peer Roundtable format we use works as follows: 1) Everyone brings up a topic they wish to discuss, 2) The group decides which topic to focus on, 3) The group discusses possible solutions/improvements to the topic, 4) The facilitator takes notes during the discussion then emails the notes to participants soon after the roundtable, 5) The person who's idea is discussed is able to take the notes back for reference Why should you attend? I myself attended many meetings when the Sheboygan Area Safety Council existed. I stopped attending these events because there just was not a lot of value in the format that was used. I also value the experiences of others and having the proper format to be able to share best practices and have valuable networking with professionals from different manufacturing and services businesses. I believe these events are too important to let them dissolve. We, as employers and leaders in the community have a responsibility to partner with the Chamber to ensure these events can continue.
