The Manitowoc County Home Builders Association (MCHBA) announces its annual Parade of Homes, presented by Schneider & Schneider Construction, LLC. The parade kicks off next month on Thursday, September 8 and runs through Saturday, September 10, 2022.
Seven brand new and remodeled homes from five of Manitowoc County’s top homebuilders will be showcased:
• 11211 Lake Drive, Two Rivers from Jim Reif Builders
• 3012 Sandy Ridge Dr., Two Rivers from Certified Builders
• 1127 Harbor St., Two Rivers from Jim Reif Builders
• 706 York St., Unit 5, Manitowoc from Mike Howe Builders
• 220 N.7th St., Unit 3, Manitowoc from Mike Howe Builders
• 1636 South 9th St., Manitowoc from Bartow Builders
• 1240 Lake Cato Dr., Reedsville from Pekarske Builders
The seven Parade of Homes will feature homes showcasing some of the newest home trends including open concept ranches, full second level addition, mudrooms, outdoor living spaces, wood flooring and custom tiled showers. The homes offer a combination of two-story, ranches, and condos revived from an old industrial building allowing visitors to see a variety of home designs.
Visitors interested in building or buying a new home, remodeling, or gathering ideas for home improvement projects will have the opportunity to interact with the area’s top experts in the field.
Tickets for the 2022 MCHBA Parade of Homes allow entry into each of the seven homes one time. They are available at Parade entrances for $10 each. Tickets are also available in advance for $8 and these local businesses: Bank First (Manitowoc and Two Rivers), Shipbuilders Credit Union (Manitowoc and Mishicot), Braun Building Center, Precision Floors & Decor and the MCHBA office.
Event hours are Thursday and Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
