Join Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital for a day of golf on Monday, Sept. 26, at Autumn Ridge Golf Course. Funds raised at this year’s golf outing support the unmet support needs of individuals in the community, such as transportation to appointments, assistance with medication costs, access to nutritious food and more.
Registration and lunch will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a 12 p.m. shotgun start. Cost is $150 per person or $550 per foursome and includes lunch, beverage tickets, 18 holes of golf with a cart, social hour and a golfer gift. Individual tickets for the social hour are available for $50.
