50 percent of applicants to Silver Lake College of the Holy Family were admitted for fall 2018

At Silver Lake College of the Holy Family, 55 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 67 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Manitowoc enrolled 444 students in fall 2018, including 346 in undergraduate and 98 in graduate programs, data shows. 9.8 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

88 percent of undergraduates are residents of Wisconsin, and 10 percent are residents of other states. 2 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (60 percent) and Black or African American (17 percent).

The school admitted 50 percent of the 754 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 14 percent enrolled.
