City of Manitowoc issued the following announcement.
All Hallow’s Eve
October 10 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Join the Manitowoc County Historical Society for a day of 1890s-style family fun on October 10th from 1-4 pm! Listen to a retelling of immigrant legends brought to Wisconsin and folklore created here at home. There will be plenty of Victorian-era entertainment like fortune telling, games, crafts and more! Visitors are encouraged to wear costumes and trick or treat throughout the village.
Cost: $10/adults, $7/children ages 4-17; Children ages 4 and under free. MCHS members=free.
