Join Yoga Alliance licensed teacher Kate Casey and residents of Lakeshore Humane Society on Thursday, March 10, from 6-7 PM for an evening of fun and relaxation. Participants will be guided through a gentle yoga class designed to relieve tension in the body and mind while furry friends wander from mat to mat. Cat lovers of all sizes, abilities, and levels of experience are welcome! Please bring your own mat. Must be 18-years old or older to register. Registration required and opens on Monday, February 21, at 9 AM. Please call 920-686-3010 or stop at the Main Service Desk to secure your spot! Kate Casey is a RYT-500 yoga teacher, trained in the ashtanga and vinyasa flow systems. Kate’s mission is to provide a safe and relaxing environment for all students, while integrating the physical practice of yoga with the philosophical traditions of deeper self-inquiry.
