Senator Eric Wimberger, a notable figure in Wisconsin politics, has been vocal on social media regarding several state issues. His recent tweets have addressed topics ranging from government oversight to the celebration of local industries.

On June 2, 2025, Senator Wimberger criticized Governor Evers' financial management practices. He claimed that "Governor Evers' $170 million slush fund isn't only illegal, but violates our separation of powers and ignores the Legislature's power of the purse." He announced his intention to introduce legislation aimed at terminating this fund and ensuring adherence to legal standards.

The following day, June 3, 2025, Senator Wimberger turned his attention to educational oversight in Milwaukee. He expressed disappointment with Superintendent Underly's transparency efforts by stating that "Superintendent Underly refused to provide the transparency that taxpayers in Milwaukee deserve until it was too late." The senator welcomed an impending audit examining the Department of Public Instruction's (DPI) supervision of Milwaukee's finances.

On June 4, 2025, Senator Wimberger shared a more celebratory message regarding National Dairy Month. He encouraged people to enjoy Wisconsin's dairy products by saying "Wishing everyone a happy National Dairy Month this June! Between squeaky cheese curds, fresh milk, and delicious ice cream, there's so many ways to celebrate all the contributions of Wisconsin's dairy industry."

Wisconsin is renowned for its significant dairy production and related industries.
