Cedar Grove - Belgium High School has announced an All Sports/Co-Curricular Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 6:30 PM. The meeting is mandatory for all athletes and their parents who plan to participate in any high school sport during the 2024-2025 academic year. Attendance is required annually. Those unable to attend should contact Athletic Director Jake Maechtle via email at jmaechtle@cgbrockets.com.

The location of the meeting will either be the high school gymnasium or the middle school performing arts center.

The agenda includes a review and highlights of the athletic code, school attendance policy related to participation in practices and games, eligibility criteria including academic and conduct requirements, procedures for signing out from games or events, and policies on hazing and bullying. Additionally, there will be information on athletic fees which are set at $30 per sport or activity, and the requirement to complete an athletic/co-curricular participation form annually before participating in practice or games.

Big East Conference passes will also be available for purchase starting at 6:00 PM. Prices are $35 for students and senior citizens, $85 for adults, and $180 for family passes which include immediate family members living in the home (mom, dad, kids in high school and younger).

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet Athletic Trainer Nate Zimmermann. There will also be a session dedicated to answering questions.
