Superintendent Chad Brakke | Cedar Grove-Belgium Area School District
Wrestlers from CGB High School recently visited first-grade students at a local elementary school. During their visit, the high school athletes discussed topics such as sportsmanship, commitment, hard work, and perseverance. They elaborated on what it means to be a 'Rocket', the mascot of their school, and how to embody the 'Rocket Way'.
The wrestlers also showcased their wrestling medals to the young students and distributed medals to each first-grader, in an effort to inspire them.
