City Of Manitowoc issued the following announcement on April 18.
District 10 Alderman Todd Reckelberg and Mayor Justin Nickels will be holding their listening session on Thursday, April 28th at 6 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church located at 2426 N. Rapids Road.
