City Of Manitowoc issued the following announcement on Dec. 21
With colder weather being forecasted, the public ice rink at the Farmer’s Market parking lot on Quay Street, which adjoins Burger Boat Park has been filled. PLEASE stay off the ice until the caution tape has been removed and signage has been adjusted to indicate the rink is open. Tampering with thin ice is unsafe and is likely to damage the ice rink.
