There’s a wide array of holidays celebrated between December 1, 2021, and January 7, 2022—Hannukah, St. Nicholas Day, Dewey Decimal System Day, National Ugly Sweater Day, Winter Solstice, Festivus, Christmas, Kwanzaa, and New Year’s Eve/Day to name but a few. Here’s how it works: • Create a Holiday Dessert Masterpiece • Email a picture of final product (no faces of bakers, please) between December 1 and January 7 with age group, name & phone number to thorstketter@manitowoc.org • Pictures will be shared on MPL’s Facebook page on January 10. The entry with the most reactions in each age group will win a prize. Winners will be announced January 17. The Age Groups for this competition are Youth (0-12), Teen (13-17), and Adult (18 & up). Need a little inspiration for your Edible Monument to the holidays? Check out the wide range of cake pan shapes and forms available for checkout! Search “Cake Pan” in our online catalogue and place a “Hold.”
