Woodland Face Veneer, a manufacturer known for high-end exotic veneers, has been acquired by Wisco Wood Products LLC. The transaction was facilitated by John Foster of Creative Business Services. Rick and Sharon Philipps, who have long owned Woodland Face Veneer, established a reputation for craftsmanship and quality at their facility in Two Rivers, Wisconsin.

The new owner, Joseph Ziolkowski of Wisco Wood Products LLC, plans to maintain the company’s tradition of excellence while exploring growth opportunities. John Foster stated, “This acquisition ensures that Woodland Face Veneer’s commitment to quality and superior craftsmanship remains strong.” He added that it was a pleasure working with both parties to ensure a smooth transition.

Attorney Andrew J. Steimle of Steimle Birschbach represented the seller in the transaction. The sale highlights the strength of the local manufacturing industry and the demand for premium veneer products.
