UW-Green Bay has introduced the Sales Accelerator Program, aimed at assisting small and mid-sized businesses in enhancing their sales strategies. This program, taught by Walt Melcher, CEO and Founder of Expert Sales Institute, is designed to help businesses professionalize their sales functions.

The program offers 12 interactive online modules that equip participants with essential skills for each step of the sales process. In 2023, 76% of small and mid-sized businesses depended on sales teams for revenue generation, according to Salesforce.com.

Matt Dornbush, dean of the Cofrin School of Business at UW-Green Bay, commented on the program’s development: “This is an example of a responsive university in action. The community came to us with a clear need for professional sales training. We responded by leveraging the talent of our alumni and the expertise in our continuing education team to bring the Sales Accelerator Program to market. I’m really proud of what we’ve created and can deliver to organizations in the state.”

Walt Melcher will lead the training sessions. He brings over 30 years of experience in boosting growth across various industries. Participants will learn through proven techniques, practical applications, live Q&A sessions, comprehensive toolkits, and skill assessments.

Interested individuals can reach out to Christopher Ledvina at UW-Green Bay for more information about enrollment.
