Unpaid special assessments to be added to Manitowoc tax roll after November deadline

Property owners in Manitowoc are being reminded that any unpaid Special Assessments with a due date of November 1, 2025 will be automatically added to the tax roll if not paid by that date.

Those who qualify for an installment payment plan will have this option applied automatically. The installments, along with interest, will be included on the tax roll.

Anyone seeking further information about assessments is encouraged to contact the City Clerk’s Office at 920-686-6950.
