Elkhart Lake Village - WI issued the following announcement on Nov. 23
The Village of Elkhart Lake, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, is soliciting proposals from interested developers to create gateway features to the entrance of the Village, on parcel 59121584321, which is located on Highway 67, north of 604 S. Lincoln Street. This RFP is seeking proposals to develop the gateway feature as part of a larger development concept that could include additional development, pedestrian amenities and the like. The deadline for submissions is 2 PM on December 3, 2021.
