Engage with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in multi-city actions that call attention to the racial injustice and social uprising happening in our country. This event will be anchored at the Presbyterian Center in Louisville, KY and will include a march for justice. This will be a connectional event and will feature various speakers, music, poets, etc.
All are invited to attend and/or watch virtually on www.pcusa.org/weekofaction or the PC(USA) Facebook.
In Louisville, join us on the steps of 100 Witherspoon St. for a rally starting at 1pm. At around 2pm we will march to Breonna Square Park for a moment of silence, and back to 100 Witherspoon to hear from additional speakers, wrapping up at 4pm.
Social distancing and wearing masks is strongly encouraged. This event is RAIN OR SHINE so be prepared for the weather!
People are also encouraged to advocate for policies affecting marginalized communities. Policy suggestions can be found on the Week of Action webpage.
