Fourth on the Shore is set to return to Manitowoc on Friday, July 4, 2025. The day-long event celebrates Independence Day with various activities, including live music, family-friendly events, and food options along the river and lakefront.

The celebration kicks off with the annual parade at 10:00 a.m., starting from S. 8th Street and Washington Street, moving east on Maritime Drive, and concluding at the Manitowoc Yacht Club.

Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy live performances at The Wharf, explore craft vendors and food trucks in the YMCA parking lot, take self-guided tours of the Manitowoc Breakwater Lighthouse, and participate in music and kids’ activities at the Manitowoc Yacht Club. The club will be open to the public for these events. Concurrently, the Wisconsin Maritime Museum’s SubFest will run from July 4-6. On July 4th only, museum admission is $10; veterans and military personnel have free entry throughout the weekend.

The day concludes with a fireworks display by Festival Foods over Lake Michigan at 9:30 p.m.

Certain activities will extend through the weekend. For more details on entertainment schedules, food truck listings, vendor information, and local business specials, visit www.visitmanitowoc.com/4th.
