Teriann Van Sistine has been appointed as Vice President of Operations at Fox Communities Credit Union. In her new position, Van Sistine will oversee the Member Payment Systems, Quality Control, Retail Resource & Deposit Quality Assurance, and ATM Operations teams. She will work closely with the member experience team to ensure efficient delivery of financial services while focusing on innovation and regulatory compliance.
Van Sistine previously served as VP/Business Line Senior Risk Program Manager at Associated Bank, where she led initiatives related to risk oversight and operational excellence. Her career includes roles such as VP/Operations Senior Unit Manager and Assistant VP/Business Systems Analyst. She is recognized for her ability to build effective teams, improve processes, increase automation, and promote trust within organizations.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Concordia University. Van Sistine is also an Accredited ACH Professional from NACHA and has completed leadership certification through Bonfire Women.
