Romi Norton has been appointed as the new Director of Marketing at Fox Communities Credit Union, based in Appleton, Wisconsin. In her new role, Norton will oversee design and digital marketing operations, manage promotions and advertising efforts, and lead brand management for the credit union. She will also be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies in line with the organization’s mission and strategic plan. Norton’s duties include conducting market research, planning strategic marketing initiatives, and working on product development with the Business Intelligence team.
Norton brings experience from her previous roles as Strategic Marketing and Communications Manager at Network Health, Creative Project Manager at Thrivent (as an independent contractor), and Executive Director at Homestead Solutions. She holds a double major in Marketing and Business Management from Upper Iowa University.
