FOIA Request to Manitowoc County regarding all county employee salaries on December 18, 2025.

A request has been made under the Wisconsin Open Records Law by EC Wisconsin News for information concerning all individuals employed by Manitowoc County during the calendar year 2024. The request seeks detailed records including the full name, department or employing unit, job title or position, base salary or wages for 2024, and employment type or status of each employee. This includes categorization as a full-time, part-time, temporary/seasonal employee, or contractor if applicable.

The request specifies a preference for the data to be provided in an electronic, machine-readable format such as CSV or Excel. It also asks that if any portion of the requested information is denied or redacted, Manitowoc County should provide the non-exempt portions along with a written explanation of the legal basis for any denial or redaction.
