Senator Eric Wimberger, a Republican representing Wisconsin’s 2nd Senate district, has recently shared updates on his official X (formerly Twitter) account highlighting his engagement with local industry and military communities in early November 2025.
On November 10, Wimberger posted about visiting a regional business alongside a fellow legislator: “I recently toured Murphy Concrete & Construction’s facility in Freedom with @RepGoebenWI. It’s always great to connect with the people supporting Wisconsin infrastructure. Thanks for having us!”
Later that day, he marked an important anniversary for the United States Marine Corps: “Joined my Marine brothers and sisters from across Wisconsin in the Capitol Rotunda today to celebrate the 250th birthday of the @USMC. Marines have, and always will, answer the call to protect America. Semper Fi!” The post was made on November 10 as well.
On Veterans Day, November 11, Wimberger recognized those who have served in America’s armed forces: “On Veterans Day, we pause to thank the men and women who have served in America’s armed forces throughout our history. We will always be in debt to our veterans for defending our freedoms.”
Wimberger assumed office in 2025 after being elected to represent Wisconsin’s 2nd Senate district, succeeding Robert Cowles.
