Brian Graf has been appointed as Vice President of Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital, effective immediately. He had been serving as interim vice president since early 2025.
In his new role, Graf will be responsible for planning and strategic development, as well as overseeing operations at the hospital. His duties include developing new facilities, expanding service lines, and building business and community relationships.
“I’m honored to serve the Lakeshore communities and look forward to supporting our team to ensure our services reflect the Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles of our health system,” said Graf. “With Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital’s 126-year legacy of providing high-quality local care, I’m excited to build on that foundation as part of Froedtert ThedaCare Health—expanding access to care and strengthening community services to better meet the needs of the patients and families we’re privileged to serve.”
Graf began his career at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital in 2017 as Director of Rehabilitation and Wellness. He later became Executive Director of Operations, where he managed strategy for all service line initiatives across more than 18 departments.
“We’re fortunate to have Brian’s leadership, as a positive, strategic thinker who will help our system drive health care change at a pivotal time of growth and transformation,” said Dale Gisi, Senior Vice President, ThedaCare North Region. “He is an innovative problem solver and leader who is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the people in the Manitowoc area.”
Graf holds a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2011. Before joining Froedtert ThedaCare Health, he worked as a director at various clinics throughout the Midwest. He also participates in local organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of Manitowoc and Bethany Lutheran Church.
