The Above & Beyond Children’s Museum in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, has announced new leadership appointments for its 2025 board of directors. Brian O’Laughlin from Kohler Co. will serve as president, while Kathryn Dinolfo from American Orthodontics takes on the role of vice president.

Cate Tinker, the museum’s executive director, expressed gratitude for the new leaders: “We welcome our new board leadership team members and are thankful for their volunteer service to our organization and look forward to taking our play ‘above and beyond’ with their help.”

O’Laughlin has been a member of the museum’s board since 2021 and has contributed significantly to the governance committee and staff hiring processes. Dinolfo joined the board in 2023 and played a key role in developing the museum’s strategic plan.

The two will lead a team of eight other board members in collaboration with museum staff. O’Laughlin stated, “Our non-profit organization is led by a dynamic group of professionals and an incredible group of staff. We thank them for their service and support of our mission: to foster exploration, imagination, and joy through immersive play.”

The full board includes Anne Blanke as secretary, Katie Eaton as treasurer, Tim Saeger as past president, along with other members from various local organizations.

For those interested in joining the board or learning more about upcoming events such as the Sweetheart Social on February 1 or the Tastefully Childish Annual Fundraiser on September 12, contact information is available on social media platforms like Facebook at AboveBeyondSheboygan.

The museum has been serving Sheboygan County since 1993 as a non-profit entity focused on children’s education through play. It welcomes donations to support its operations and programming initiatives.
